All sales are final. Items damaged in transit are eligible for exchange or refund depending on availability. You must inform me of any issues within 7 days of delivery.

If you are unsure of how an item will look in your space, please feel free to send  a photo of the wall and which piece you are interested in to maggie.bluepearlart@gmail.com and I will happily create a mock-up for you.

Damaged Items: Please take photos of item/s and packaging and send them to maggie.bluepearlart@gmail.com along with your name and order number. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving items to be eligible for exchange or refund.

Incorrect Item: Please take photos of incorrect item/s and send them to maggie.bluepearlart@gmail.com along with your name and order number. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving items to be eligible for exchange or refund.

Lost or Stolen Items: Margaret L Gonzales and Blue Pearl Art are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Originals are one of a kind and can not be replaced. Please contact me regardless and I would be happy to assist in resolving the issue. Upon inquiry, Blue Pearl Art will provide confirmation of delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and carrier information for customer to investigate.
